Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges: Manufacturing Defects: (e.g., missing pages, binding errors, or significant paper damage) that hinder the reading experience.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive a book other than the one you ordered.

Shipping Damage: If the book is damaged during transit.

Terms and Timeline: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

The book must be in its original condition (unused and unmarked).

In cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part, Dawayar Publications will cover all shipping and return costs.

Important Notes: Digital Books: Due to the nature of digital products (E-books), they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the download is complete.

Refunds: Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
